Although Google describes this permission as allowing sending, DashMail has no sending feature and never sends email. • Google Drive app data: to save your dashboard settings in a hidden folder of your own Google Drive that only DashMail can use. DashMail cannot see any of your other Drive files. • Basic account info (openid, email): to identify your account when checking a PRO license. • Local processing: Email content is processed locally in your browser and never passes through or is stored on DashMail servers. Your Gmail access never leaves your browser. • Your settings stay with you: Dashboard names, colors, icons, and searches are stored in your browser and in your own Google Drive, not on our servers. Our server only keeps license data (your email address and subscription status). • No data selling: We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or train AI/machine learning models with it. • Limited Use: DashMail's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. • You stay in control: You can remove DashMail's access at any time from your Google Account, under Third-party connections.
