CurioGems

CurioGems is a private, local-first browser extension for organizing the X hashtags, searches, and people you want to revisit. Browser support: CurioGems supports current Chromium-based desktop browsers. A Firefox version is also available through Mozilla Add-ons. Save useful hashtags, reusable searches, and profiles into your own categories, add notes, pin important entries, and quickly open them again on X. CurioGems is intentionally simple and privacy-focused. It does not read your X feed, inspect pages, scrape posts, monitor activity, access followers, use the X API, or require an account. Your saved data stays in your browser using local extension storage. Features: • Save hashtags, X searches, and people • Organize entries into custom categories • Add notes and pin important gems • Search across your saved collection • Open saved items directly on X • Paste an X profile URL to extract the handle locally • Export and import JSON backups • Merge backups without duplicating existing entries • Choose whether links open in the current tab or a new tab CurioGems requests only the browser storage permission. No analytics. No telemetry. No cloud account. No scraping. Open-source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0. Published by PixelFF.
