CurerTech-Note is a side-panel companion for clinicians who use the gGastro EMR. It keeps your day's patients, their documents and their note beside the chart, and turns a recorded visit into a clinical note you review before anything goes into the chart. WHAT IT DOES - See today's and tomorrow's gGastro appointments, patient details and documents in a side panel next to the chart. - Prepare for tomorrow: send selected patients' documents to GastroNote.ai to build their pre-visit summaries ahead of the visit. - Get a pre-visit summary for a patient from their prior records, with alerts for results that need attention. - Record the visit and let GastroNote.ai transcribe it and draft a SOAP note. - Review the draft, then write the HPI, Assessment/Plan and ICD-10 diagnoses into gGastro with one click. HOW IT WORKS - Sign in with your GastroNote.ai email and password. - The panel reads gGastro through the tab you are already signed into. There is no separate gGastro login, and nothing changes in your chart until you choose to write it. WHAT YOU NEED - A GastroNote.ai account. - Access to your clinic's gGastro (gGastroCloud) site in the same browser. - A microphone, to record visits. PRIVACY Visit audio and patient documents are sent to GastroNote.ai only to produce notes and summaries, and are never sold. Patient data is not stored on your computer by the extension.
