Cuewise: New Tab Quotes, Goals & Pomodoro Timer

Cuewise replaces your new tab with a calm productivity dashboard: motivational quotes, a simple to-do list, a Pomodoro timer, focus sounds, spaced-repetition concept cards, weather, and insights into your progress. No ads. No trackers. No paywalls. Every feature is free, and your data stays on your device by default — with optional end-to-end encrypted sync when you want it across your own devices. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ✨ WHAT YOU GET 📖 DAILY MOTIVATIONAL QUOTES 100+ handpicked quotes across 10 categories — or add your own with author, source and notes, organize them into collections, and bulk import from CSV. Favorite what resonates, hide what doesn't, and pick from four display modes including fully hidden. 🎯 TODAY'S FOCUS — A TO-DO LIST THAT STAYS SIMPLE A short daily list with subtasks, due dates and overdue highlighting. Unfinished tasks roll into today automatically. Drag to reorder, and browse your full goal history by date. 🍅 POMODORO TIMER & FOCUS MODE Classic 25-minute sessions with customizable short and long breaks. Distraction-free focus mode with a fresh curated background daily — or your own photo. Ambient soundscapes and YouTube focus playlists, plus session history and a heatmap of your most productive hours. 🧠 CONCEPT CARDS & SPACED REPETITION Save the ideas and definitions you want to remember. They resurface on your new tab on a spaced-repetition schedule, so they actually stick. ⏰ SMART REMINDERS One-off and recurring (daily, weekly, monthly), with browser notifications and snooze. 🔗 QUICK LINKS Pin your most-used sites as clean shortcut tiles — launchpad and focus space in one. 🌤️ WEATHER (OPTIONAL) Today's conditions and forecast for a city you pick by name. No location permission is ever requested, and requests go through Cuewise's own proxy, so your browser never talks to a weather company. Off until you turn it on. 📅 GOOGLE CALENDAR (OPTIONAL) See today's agenda beside your timer. Read-only, opt-in, primary calendar only — processed in your browser, never through our servers. 📊 PRODUCTIVITY INSIGHTS Completion streaks, daily/weekly/monthly trends, Pomodoro heatmaps and focus-time stats. Export everything as JSON or CSV anytime. 🎨 MAKE IT YOURS Light, dark and auto modes. Four color themes including a glass theme with a daily background photo, or set your own image. Compact, comfortable or spacious layouts. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ 🔒 PRIVATE BY DESIGN Cuewise is local-first: by default your data stays on your device. No tracking, no analytics, no ads. Turn on optional Cloud Sync and your goals, quotes and reminders follow you across your devices — end-to-end encrypted on your device before they're sent, so our servers hold only ciphertext they can't read. Sync is off by default; sign in only if you want it. Export or delete everything, including synced data, at any time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ ❓ FAQ Q: Is Cuewise really free? A: Yes. Every feature is free — no premium tier, no upsells, no ads. Q: Do you collect any data? A: By default, none. If you turn on Cloud Sync we store your account email and your end-to-end-encrypted data (ciphertext we can't read) purely to sync it — nothing else, never sold or shared. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Turn every new tab into a moment of focus.
