CueSet provides real-time communication coaching beside your WhatsApp Web conversations. Understand the situation, consider tone and intent, and draft a clearer response before you send it. HOW TO USE 1. Install CueSet and open WhatsApp Web. 2. Open a conversation and open CueSet from the Chrome toolbar. 3. Select a coaching style. 4. Request reply suggestions or ask a question about the conversation. 5. Edit any suggestion and send it yourself. CURRENT AVAILABILITY CueSet currently works with WhatsApp Web. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp. CueSet is also available as a companion iOS app for supported conversation-coaching workflows. The Chrome extension and iOS app may have different platform capabilities. PRIVACY (Your Data Stays With You) We know chat privacy is extremely personal — so we designed CueSet with a privacy-first architecture. **Local-first experience with account sync** Your active chat history is stored locally for a responsive experience. When cloud sync is enabled, CueSet stores conversation messages, coaching history, relevant metadata, sync information, and embeddings associated with your account so supported clients can provide historical context. **Processed for the requested feature** Remote coaching uses relevant conversation context to generate guidance. CueSet's backend and AI provider may process that context, and the backend may temporarily read plaintext to sync, create embeddings, retrieve historical context, and generate responses. **You're in Control** Cloud-stored conversations, coaching history, embeddings, and sync metadata are retained until you delete your account. You can delete your account from Settings → Delete Account; this removes the server-side conversation data and the app's local data. Provider backups or operational logs may persist temporarily under their retention policies. We do not sell personal information or use conversation content for advertising or to train AI models. PERMISSIONS • WhatsApp Web access — Used to read the active conversation and display CueSet's coaching interface beside it. • Storage — Used to keep your settings, conversation context, coaching history, and authentication session. • Tabs and scripting — Used to identify the active WhatsApp Web tab and connect the coaching interface to that conversation. • Side panel — Used to display the CueSet coaching interface in Chrome's side panel.
