CRMown Capture

CRMown Capture puts the people and pages you find on the web into your CRM without retyping anything. Save a contact. Open a LinkedIn, X, Facebook or Instagram profile, click the CRMown button, and the contact's name, photo, job title and company are read off the page and saved to your CRMown account. On LinkedIn it also captures their work history and education when the page shows them. Facebook business Pages are saved as a company contact with their listed phone, email and website. Everything is editable before you save, and CRMown fills in missing work emails and phone numbers automatically after you save. Save any page. On any other website, a confirmation page, an application status, an article or a pricing page, choose "Save this page". The extension takes a screenshot of what's on your screen and CRMown AI reads the page to suggest who it's about, a one-line note, and a follow-up task with a due date. If the page says "you'll hear back within 14 days", you get a task due in 14 days. Change anything you like, link it to a contact (or don't), and save. The screenshot goes to your Screen Recordings, the task to your Tasks, and the note to the contact's timeline. Save Reddit threads. On Reddit it saves the thread instead of the person. A pseudonymous handle isn't a contact, so discussions land in your Social Listening inbox, where they're useful as market research. You connect once, by approving the extension from inside CRMown. There is no API key to copy and no settings to configure. The approval screen lists exactly what the extension can do. It only reads the page you're on, and only when you click the button.
