Getting started 1. Install CRM Sidebar from your CRM marketplace (sub-account app) and complete setup for the location. 2. Install this Chrome extension. 3. Connect this browser from CRM Sidebar settings (or paste your connection key). 4. Open Gmail — use the toolbar icon to open or close the side panel. Privacy & access The extension works with Gmail in your browser and talks to the CRM Sidebar service for your connected location. Connect only locations you’re authorized to use. Need help?
