The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About CookieGate

CookieGate helps users inspect site cookies, review browser-held cookies across domains, and create manual cleanup plans while preserving auth/session cookies by default. It is designed for local-first privacy visibility: cookie values are not exported, evidence views use hash previews, and destructive cleanup actions require user intent.
