The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About CookieCutter Lite

CookieCutter quietly removes cookie banners the moment a page loads. It looks for consent overlays and hides them using precise pattern matching and CSS cleanup, keeping the site fully functional. Everything runs locally inside your browser — no servers, no tracking, no data collection. The result is a faster, cleaner web where you can read, watch, and browse without ever clicking “Accept cookies” again.
