The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Context Pack — Files & Web to Markdown
Collect content you choose, review it, and export a document for research notes or AI context. Use Context Pack for one page or combine several sources in the same workspace.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Add supported local documents and text files.
• Capture the current page or highlighted text after an explicit action.
• Review and edit browser results before adding them.
• Arrange up to 10 sources, build a combined document, then copy or download context-pack.md.
• Inspect a read-only Preview and view local token estimates.
NEW IN 1.3.1
• DOCX import better preserves nested lists, paragraph line breaks and complete headings.
• Ambiguous document tables fall back to row/cell text with a warning instead of guessing their layout.
• Heading text stays consistent in Sections, Preview and export.
CAPTURE TOOLS
• Capture table: choose a visible HTML table, or highlight ordinary cell text and right-click Capture selected table to review that whole table.
• Extract links: filter visible links, remove duplicates, and copy URLs or Markdown. Linked pages are not fetched.
• Quick Copy: copy from page, selection, table or link review without adding a source or rebuilding your pack.
Supported table layouts preserve headers, rows, columns and text links. Merged cells may repeat content with a warning. Complex layouts use explicit row/cell text when a grid would misrepresent the data; images are omitted.
LOCAL PROCESSING
No account, sync, analytics, advertising or tracking. Processing code is packaged with the extension. Your files and collected content are not uploaded to TryAIBlock.
Ordinary page actions and Preview make no requests to the source site. One exception is an open direct HTTPS PDF: after your explicit action, the extension requests that document from its current site. Chrome may attach current-site credentials; extension code does not read or retain cookie values. Redirects and plain HTTP document requests are rejected.
The extension uses temporary access to the tab you invoke, not persistent access to all sites or browsing-history permission. There is no passive background collection.
Your pack stays in the open workspace's memory. Closing or reloading discards it, so copy or download first. Only a non-content preference remembering that the first-run guide was closed is stored locally.
BEFORE SHARING
Hidden and editable content and form values are excluded from results, but visible content can still contain private information. Source URLs and captured links are sanitized; some query parameters may remain. Review the output and warnings before sharing. Preview does not load images or rewrite exported text.
Chrome 140 or newer is required. Scanned or encrypted documents are unsupported; page collection is main-frame only and best-effort.
