When did I last contact them? ContactTool helps you track job applications, resume submissions, and recruiter follow-ups across job boards and company websites. Avoid duplicate resume submissions without carrying weeks of applications and conversations in your head. It remembers so you don't have to. GET STARTED 1. Select a company or contact name. Any unique string should work. 2. Stamp it using your shortcut or the right-click menu. 3. Add a note: what you submitted, who you contacted, or what happens next. Select that same text later to see your saved date, how long ago it was, and your notes. Tag it first; ContactTool remembers it for your next visit. Any unique phrase or string can be your key. LOCAL RECORDS Your contact records and notes stay in your browser. They are not uploaded to us or sent to payment providers. OPTIONAL PAID UPGRADE Date stamps and notes work without payment.
