Constella: AI Paper & Research Assistant

Chat with any PDF or research paper, get a summary in seconds, and save what matters into notes an AI actually remembers. If you're looking for an AI research assistant Chrome extension for reading papers, running literature reviews, and keeping your notes together, Constella puts summarizing, chat with PDF, clipping, and recall in one sidebar on every page. ✦ WHAT IS CONSTELLA? Constella is an AI sidebar for reading. Open a paper, article, or PDF and it's already there: ask questions, get a summary, explain a hard paragraph, clip the parts you want to keep. Everything you save becomes a personal research library you can chat with later — so the tenth paper you read connects to the first nine. ➤ CHAT WITH PDF AND RESEARCH PAPERS Ask questions about the paper you have open and get answers grounded in its text. • Chat with PDF: journal articles, preprints, reports, textbooks • Explain jargon, equations, and dense paragraphs in plain language • Ask "what did they actually find?" and "what are the limitations?" • Works on any page — no uploading, no copy-pasting into another tab ➤ SUMMARIZE RESEARCH PAPERS IN SECONDS Decide in seconds whether a paper is worth your hour. • Instant summary of any paper, article, or PDF as you open it • Key findings, methods, and takeaways pulled out for you • Summaries stay saved and searchable, not gone when you close the tab ➤ LITERATURE REVIEW WITHOUT THE TAB CHAOS • Clip highlights, paragraphs, or whole papers with one click • Constella auto-organizes your clips — no folders to maintain • Ask questions across everything you've saved: "which of my papers used method X?" • Connect findings across sources into one answer, with the source right there ➤ AN AI THAT REMEMBERS WHAT YOU READ Most AI tools start from zero every conversation. Constella remembers every clip and note, so it answers from your research, not just the open web. Find the finding from last month. Explain the concept from the paper you saved. Build on what you've already read. ➤ WORKS ON ANY PAGE Open a paper on a journal site, a preprint in your browser, a PDF, or an article you're reading, and Constella is already in the sidebar. One click, no switching apps, nothing to upload. ➤ BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO READ FOR A LIVING • Researchers and PhD students: literature reviews, connecting findings across a library • Students: stay on top of course readings without losing notes • Analysts, writers, founders: turn daily reading into a searchable knowledge base • Lifelong learners: remember more of what you read ➤ YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Your clips and notes are yours to export or delete at any time. Constella does not train AI models on your data. Install Constella and read papers faster without losing what you learned.
