The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Consent Toggle

A small Chromium (Manifest V3) browser extension that sets every vendor toggle inside a cookie / consent preferences dialog to OFF (or ON) in a single click — without breaking the controls that are already in the right state.
