About Compli-Text Launcher

Compli-Text Launcher is a companion extension for Compli-Text users. After setting a call disposition in Ricochet360, a prompt appears allowing agents to instantly open the lead's Hearsay Relate conversation — pre-loaded with the contact's name and phone number — ready for a compliant follow-up text. Features: - Automatic popup after eligible call dispositions - Opens Hearsay directly to the correct lead conversation - Works alongside your existing Compli-Text extension - Simple one-time setup with your personal Hearsay URL
