The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About CommentCast

CommentCast is a tool that makes it easier for users to report bugs to their team. With CommentCast, users can quickly take screenshots of the problem and capture important error messages from their consoles. Once a bug report is ready, users can easily send it to their teammates or plug it into project management tools they are already using. This helps the team understand and fix issues faster, making the whole process of fixing bugs smoother and more efficient.
