Comment Timeline for Jira

Jira's threaded replies are great for conversation and terrible for catching up. A reply posted this morning to a comment from last week stays nested under that old comment. "Newest first" only sorts top-level comments, so the latest decision on a ticket could be buried three threads down. Comment Timeline for Jira adds a side panel that flattens every comment and reply into one chronological list.
