Colossales adds a Kanban CRM directly inside Gmail. Sort your conversations into columns, leave internal notes, set reminders, and (with Pro) manage a sales pipeline — without opening another tab. Salespeople already live in their inbox. Colossales attaches the card, status, comment, and reminder directly to the Gmail thread. No copy-pasting into a separate CRM. One specific use case: a Kanban CRM inside Gmail, with data stored in your Google Sheets. This is not a Google Workspace Marketplace add-on: it is a Chrome Manifest V3 extension. FEATURES • TODO Board (Free): To Do, In Progress, Waiting, Done — or your own columns. Each card is a real thread (inbox, sent, archived) or a manual card (call, trade show, lead outside email). • Internal comments attached to the thread. They are never sent to the customer. • Google Tasks reminders, also visible in Google Calendar depending on your configuration. DATA On the first Sync, a “Colossales CRM Data” workbook is created in your Drive. You own it. Scope: drive.file — only files created by Colossales or files you explicitly open. Authorize Gmail, Sheets, Tasks, Contacts (Directory for Team admins). 5. Pin the extension. 6. Sync, then drag a card. FAQ Board not showing? Go to chrome://extensions → make sure Colossales is enabled, reload Gmail, then reconnect OAuth. Access denied? In GCP Testing mode, only allowlisted testers can authorize the app. Removing a card from the board does not delete the email. Multiple inboxes: if they are visible in Gmail, Sync indexes them.
