The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Color Finder Plus

Color Finder Plus is a Manifest V3 extension for Chromium-based browsers that helps users: - pick the exact visible color from a web page - view the selected pixel in a magnified overlay while picking - draw a selection box on the current visible page area - extract and list all visible colors found inside that box - generate suggested palettes with 4, 8, 16, and 32 colors from the selected region - allow the user to adjust side panel density, visible sections, result limits, and font sizes from the extension's Options page
