Codonca Dealer Assistant

Codonca Dealer Assistant saves independent car dealers hours of retyping. If you run your lot with Codonca, this extension moves your own records between Codonca and the tools you already use - always on your click. WHAT IT DOES - Facebook Marketplace: on the vehicle listing composer, a panel lists your Codonca inventory. Pick a car and it fills year, make, model, VIN, price, mileage, description and photos. You review and hit Publish yourself. - DealerCenter - credit applications: on the Deal Entry screen, a panel lists the credit applications received on your Codonca website. Pick one and it pre-fills the Applicant, Co-buyer, Vehicle and Trade-In fields. You review every field, mark the credit consent only if you have it, choose your lender and submit it yourself. - DealerCenter - Sync my sales: on DealerCenter's Sales Tax report, pick a month and click "Load sales". The sales are saved to your Codonca account and your Florida DR-15 sales tax return is prefilled at codonca.com. A car your website still shows for sale is never marked sold by itself - you get a separate "Mark sold on my site" button. - DealerCenter - Import last 12 months: one click saves your sales history of the last 12 months to your Codonca account (it never marks a car on your website as sold). If you tick "Also save buyer details", the buyer's name, email, phone numbers and address and the deal's financing of each sale are saved privately to your account so your Codonca assistant can answer "who bought the white Civic?". Buyer details are never shown on your website, never shared with anyone else, and you can ask us to delete them at any time. - DealerCenter - Sync my inventory: on DealerCenter's Active Inventory report, click "Compare with my site". It reads the cars in stock and shows what is new or different on your Codonca website (for example "Mileage: - -> 22,301"). Nothing changes until you click Apply, and only the cars and fields you leave ticked are saved. Vehicle cost, flooring and who you bought the car from never leave DealerCenter. - Buyer financing: with "Also save buyer details" ticked, the extension also reads the financing numbers of each financed deal (contract rate, lender buy rate, dealer reserve, lender fees, term, payment) so your assistant can answer "what rate did the Civic buyer get?". - DealerCenter - Add to DealerCenter: in the same panel, the cars on your Codonca website that are not in stock in DealerCenter are listed, unticked. Cars already in DealerCenter with another status (Pending, Sold, Trade-in...) are shown apart and never touched. Tick the ones you want and confirm with a second click: each car is created in your DealerCenter with VIN, price, mileage, colors, title brand, stock # and photos, using your own DealerCenter session. Vehicle cost, purchase and flooring info are never sent - you add them in DealerCenter. WHAT IT NEVER DOES - It never publishes a Facebook listing for you. - It never checks the "consent to run credit" box, never runs or pulls credit, and never submits a deal to any lender. - Without "Also save buyer details", buyer names, addresses, phone numbers and customer IDs from DealerCenter are discarded in your browser. It never reads Social Security numbers, dates of birth, driver's licenses, income or employer into Codonca. - It never changes or deletes a car that is already in your DealerCenter, and never sends vehicle cost or purchase info to it. - It never stores your DealerCenter password or session, and never sells or shares your data. HOW TO USE 1. Install the extension and click "Connect Codonca" to link your dealer account. 2. Open Facebook Marketplace's vehicle composer, a DealerCenter Deal Entry, or DealerCenter's Sales Tax / Active Inventory report, and open the panel. 3.
