The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Cloud Annotation Tools (Azure Edition)

Make notes about Azure Resources without leaving the Azure Portal! The cloud is already a CMDB, so postpone buying an expensive ITSM or 3rd party CMDB. Instead start annotating the cloud configuration and keep your team informed about who did what to which Azure Resource. Best for individual contributors, or consultants working in a client's Azure Subscription, or small teams, or anyone who is not ready for the price tag or complexity of a full-featured ITSM platform. Bring your own Azure Storage Account and share with your stakeholders by providing either read-only or read-write access (you specify the SAS permissions).
