The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About ClipSeek Capture
ClipSeek Capture turns useful visuals from the web into an organized, searchable local media library.
Open the extension on any regular web page to discover images and directly accessible videos. Review clean previews, prefer higher-resolution image candidates, edit titles, select several items at once, then send them to the ClipSeek desktop app without leaving the page.
Highlights:
• Discover page images and direct video files
• Prefer high-resolution image candidates automatically
• Select and save several items in one action
• Edit asset titles before saving
• Choose a ClipSeek library and folder
• Search existing tags or create new ones
• Save one image or video from the right-click menu
• Use Option/Alt + right-click as a quick-save shortcut
• Available in English and Simplified Chinese
ClipSeek Capture works with the ClipSeek desktop app for macOS. The extension sends the selected page and media URLs plus the metadata you choose to the local desktop app. It does not read or forward website cookies. Media download, validation, deduplication, thumbnail generation and AI indexing happen in ClipSeek on your Mac.
Limitations: blob URLs, DRM streams, and segmented HLS/DASH video are not supported in this version. Only save media you have permission to use.
