The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Clever

Clever helps students and researchers easily access academic resources through university library subscriptions. Clever works by scraping your university’s library resources database and running a background script in your browser to check if you have access for a given site. You’ll get a small popup to redirect you to a proxy login, rather than manually navigating to your university library’s site.
