STAY IN CONTROL Turn protection ON or OFF, pause supported sites, and manage connected devices from your account. OFF removes blocking rules and unregisters protection scripts. Changes may refresh the current ordinary web tab; other tabs are not deliberately refreshed. CleanWeb avoids automatic refresh and protection interference on recognized banking, payment, government and sign-in pages. Safe-site detection cannot identify every sensitive page, so use OFF before entering sensitive information if uncertain. Save unfinished work before changing protection. SIMPLE ACCOUNT CONNECTION Choose Sign in in the extension popup to open the CleanWeb website directly. Sign in with Google or email and password, or create an account there; the connection continues after authentication. Existing accounts can use RECONNECT after device access has been revoked; reconnecting does not restart the one-time trial. PRIVACY FIRST Page processing for protection takes place locally. CleanWeb does not upload browsing history, payment or government form values, passwords entered on other websites, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, QR contents or protected page contents. Supabase handles account authentication, sessions and IP addresses. Account, entitlement, device and support services use the CleanWeb backend. Optional technical reports contain selected version information and protection settings. Razorpay handles payments. HONEST COVERAGE Coverage varies by site and may change. Some ads may remain, including server-side inserted ads. CleanWeb does not bypass DRM, subscriptions or paid access, and does not replace any required third-party subscription. Executable engine updates are delivered through Chrome Web Store releases; signed remote updates contain validated configuration data only.
