Classroom Assignment Organizer

Classroom Assignment Organizer helps Music Box teachers manage Google Classroom progress student by student. It loads the signed-in teacher's active classes, rosters, assignments, and submissions, then organizes each student's work into Teacher needs to assign, Not complete, In progress, Needs review, and Completed. Version 3.1 includes a simpler four-view workflow: • Students: see the next teacher action, assignment counts, primary teacher, instrument and level, and award practice points directly from the student card. • Groups: create teaching groups and review group and per-student counts for work that needs assignment, needs review, is in progress, or is complete. • Practice points: award +1 Prepared, +2 Goal met, or +3 Great progress and view a weekly leaderboard that begins again each Monday. • Milestones: track band nominations and successful level ups, grouped by class with the student's name and the teacher who confirmed the level up, and export milestone history. Teachers can also create parent-friendly progress reports, submit band nominations, generate level-up certificates with the confirming teacher's name, open Google Classroom grading pages, and export CSV summaries. Submitted work remains in Needs review until the teacher returns it with a passing grade. Rising Artist classes are exempt from the three-song level-up requirement. The extension is designed for authorized Music Box teachers and accesses only information and controls available to the signed-in teacher. Approved teacher-entered student profile fields, practice-point events, band nomination details, and level-up history can be synchronized through the Music Box shared database so authorized teachers see current information across computers. Data is not sold or used for advertising.
