ClarityZoom combines video zoom, an image magnifier and a text reading lens in one browser extension. Look closer at details without leaving the page. All features are free during beta. LOOK CLOSER, KEEP YOUR PLACE Hold Alt over a video, image or text, then use the mouse wheel to change magnification. Pin the view and drag to explore details. Useful for following small steps in a video tutorial, inspecting a diagram or reading a dense paragraph. VIDEO AND IMAGE CONTROLS • Magnify videos and images up to 8×. • Pin the view, drag to pan and navigate with a minimap. • Adjust brightness, contrast, saturation and detail contrast. • Save original images or convert them to PNG, JPEG or WebP. • Capture the magnified video region as a PNG frame where the source permits capture. READ SMALL TEXT • Enlarge text up to 4× with a reading lens. • Focus on a word, sentence or paragraph. • Place the reading card beside the source or in the center of the screen. • Optionally click the card to copy its text. QUICK START 1. Hold Alt and hover over content on an ordinary web page. 2. Scroll or use + / − to adjust the view. 3. Press L to pin, S to save, or Esc to close. Customize shortcuts and site preferences in the panel. Settings can be exported and imported. ENGLISH AND 55 LANGUAGE/REGION OPTIONS The interface follows your browser language, with English fallback. Translations are included in the extension; no page content is sent to a translation service. Beta translations include machine translation. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Settings stay on your device. No account, ads, analytics or tracking. Media and text processing happens locally. Loading or saving media may request the original file from its host. Optional text copying writes only the selected reader text to your clipboard. FREE BETA Every feature is unlocked. No card, license or subscription is required. Core magnification will remain free; some advanced tools may join an optional Pro plan in a future version. BEFORE YOU INSTALL Protected browser pages and some PDF viewers are restricted. DRM and source permissions can prevent frame capture or image conversion. Magnification does not recover detail missing from the original, and this is not an AI upscaler.
