Citely audits any webpage in seconds and tells you whether AI search engines — Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, and Gemini — are likely to cite it. The whole audit runs on your device using Chrome's built-in Gemini Nano. No URLs leave your browser. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT • Audits run on-device via Chrome's built-in Gemini Nano (Prompt API). No analytics, no telemetry, no server-side logging. • Your settings and the last 50 audits are stored locally in chrome.storage.local. • If on-device AI isn't available, Citely can use your own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google). The key is stored locally — only you ever see it.
