About Chinese OCR

Identifies vertical and horizontal Chinese characters on a page and annotates them with the text with pinyin and English translation. This allows for the user to copy the text into learning tools. Updates: 1.2 - Added online/offline check 1.3 - Translation will position itself on-screen to make sure translations are visible (Thanks for the feedback!)
