Placeholders like {{firstName}} are filled in from the page. • Tracking: when you send a tracked message, Chat Tracker logs it against the contact in your connected CRM and moves them along your Chat Progress pipeline. On Facebook it also reads the conversation thread after your send and saves it to your workspace, so your CRM has the full context. • Add contact, Tags, Follow Up and DNC: add the person you're viewing to a pipeline stage, add or remove tags, create a follow-up task, and see a do-not-contact warning before you message. • Inbox sync (Facebook, optional): when you start it, Chat Tracker opens your Facebook Messages conversations one at a time and saves their history to your workspace. It is read-only: it never sends, reacts to, archives or deletes anything. • AI assistant control (optional, off by default): if you switch it on in Settings, an AI assistant you've connected to your CoachTech account (for example via MCP in Cursor or Claude) can queue Facebook messages. Chat Tracker then opens that contact's chat in a new tab and sends the message from your browser. Turn it off at any time. • Workspaces: pick which CoachTech workspace the extension works in, with separate settings for each. Works right inside the direct-message inboxes of the major social platforms you already use. Who it's for Coaches and team members who already use CoachTech / AI Marketing Genie.
