Change location

Change location makes websites believe you are browsing from another city. Search for a place, click, and the extension applies its GPS position, its time zone and its language to the site you are visiting. Useful to check what your visitors see elsewhere: local SEO, Google Ads campaigns, country pricing, regional content, tests before going live. WHAT IT CHANGES The position returned to sites that ask for your geolocation The time zone: schedules, dates and times shown by the site The language declared to the site, and the one used for date and number formats Google searches, relocated through the uule URL parameter HOW IT WORKS Search for a city, an address or a place Pick the right result in the list Click Apply: the tab reloads in the right place Coordinates, time zone and language are derived automatically from the chosen place. Everything stays editable. WHAT IT DOES NOT CHANGE Your IP address. Sites that rely on it, and Google's local pack does, will still see your real location. That requires a VPN or a proxy, which this extension does not replace. PRIVACY No data is collected, sent or sold. Recent places stay in your browser.
