Caza: Buyer Demand Score & Client PDF Reports for Real Estate Agents

Caza adds a buyer demand score to the listings you already browse on Zillow. Open any home for sale and you'll see a 0-100 rating built from how many people saved it, how many viewed it, and how long it's been listed. When a client asks how much interest a home is getting, you can show them the numbers. You can also select listings and export a PDF for your client, with photos and the details you choose. WHAT YOU GET - A 0-100 demand rating on search result cards and on each home's page - The breakdown behind each rating: saves, views, days on market and sell pace - Sort search results by demand, saves, views, days on market or price drop - Price drop and back-on-market flags - HOA fees and the listing agent's name and phone shown up front - Sliders to change how much each signal counts - PDF reports with photos: select homes, choose the fields, export HOW THE RATING WORKS By default, saves count for 40%, days on market for 35% and views for 25%. Then up to 10 points are added or taken away based on how many saves and views the home gets per day. 80-100 is Hot and 0-19 is Slow. It only reflects activity shown on the public listing page.
