The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Caroline

This plugin works on Twitter.com, it looks for all the tweets from Caroline van der Plas and every time a user comes across a tweet from her, it flips the tweet upside down. This plugin is just a joke, because she was pushing farmers to put the Dutch flag upside down. It only adds a small CSS rule to every tweet for which the user is caroline van der plas, this css flips her entire tweet 180 degrees.
