Careerly Job Application Tracker

Careerly tracks the jobs you apply for, so you can see what is actually working instead of guessing. The hard part of a job search is not applying. It is remembering what you applied for. Most people start a spreadsheet, keep it up for a week, then stop. By the time a recruiter finally calls back, you cannot remember which role it was or when you sent it. This extension removes that step. HOW IT WORKS Apply for a job as you normally would. Careerly notices, and asks once whether you want to track it, with the job title, employer, location, salary and employment type already filled in from the posting. One click and it is in your tracker. Edit anything before saving, or dismiss it and nothing is kept. WHERE IT WORKS On the major job boards used in Malaysia, and on company career pages. Most employers run their hiring through an applicant tracking system under their own domain, and Careerly recognises the common ones, so a company careers page usually works without any setup on your part. If a page is not recognised, click the Careerly icon in your toolbar and save it manually. That works anywhere. WHAT YOU GET IN CAREERLY Every tracked application lands in your Careerly account, where you can move it through a Kanban board as it progresses, add private notes, set follow-up dates, and see which sources and which resumes are actually producing interviews. PRIVACY The extension reads only the public job details on a posting, and only after you click apply or press Save. It does not read your resume, your cover letter, your messages, or any other page you visit. Everything it saves goes to your own Careerly account and nowhere else. No third parties, no advertising, nothing sold. Built in Malaysia, for Malaysian job seekers. A free Careerly account is required. Sign up at careerly.my
