CallerPlugins for Odoo – Click to Call & Message

Call and message your Odoo contacts in one click, with the apps your team already uses. CallerPlugins puts a small button next to every phone number in Odoo, on contacts and CRM leads, in forms and in lists. Click it and the app you chose opens with the number filled in — for example WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams or the softphone on your computer. Built for call centers and sales teams that spend the day on the phone. CHOOSE YOUR TOOLS You decide which buttons appear and in which order. Chat apps open a conversation; calling apps start the call. Any VoIP app that handles phone links (tel:, callto: or sip:) works as a softphone. The full list of supported apps is on callerplugins.com. MESSAGE TEMPLATES Pick a saved message when you click a chat button. The contact’s name, company and other fields are filled in from the Odoo page. FREE AND PRO • Free: 100 uses per tool per month for your company (10 with a free email address such as Gmail). • Pro: €4.99 per user per tool per month — unlimited use, every click saved in Odoo as a completed call in the chatter of the contact or lead, team templates and a team dashboard. HOW IT WORKS 1. Install and confirm your email with the 6-digit code. 2. Open a contact or lead in Odoo. 3. Click the button next to the number. PRIVACY THIS EXTENSION IS LIMITED TO ODOO ONLY: it runs on Odoo pages and nowhere else. It never sends messages or places calls by itself: it opens the app with the number.
