The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About Calendar Lens for ABA Professionals
CALENDAR LENS FOR ABA PROFESSIONALS
Turn your existing Google Calendar into clear billable and non-billable hour totals — without spreadsheets or a second scheduling system.
Keep organizing your calendar the way you already do. Calendar Lens can recognize events by color or keyword, let you label each category, classify it as billable or non-billable, and automatically calculate your scheduled hours.
KEY FEATURES
Event duration labels
See the scheduled duration directly on your calendar events.
Example:
Client Session • 1 hr 30 min
Billable and non-billable indicators
Tracked events receive a simple visual indicator:
• $ = Billable
• — = Counted but non-billable
• Unselected colors or keywords are ignored
Daily hour totals
See your scheduled billable hours beneath each date in Google Calendar's Day and Week views.
Daily threshold alerts
Set a daily billable-hour limit. Days exceeding your selected threshold are highlighted, making overloaded schedules easier to identify.
Double-booking alerts
When two billable events overlap, Calendar Lens can flag the conflicting events and identify the overlap in the totals panel.
Weekly totals panel
Quickly view:
• Total billable time
• Total counted non-billable time
• Billable percentage
• Hours by day
• Hours by agency, client, service type, or other categories you define
• Days exceeding your selected daily limit
• Overlapping billable events
BUILT FOR ABA PROFESSIONALS
Calendar Lens is designed for professionals and teams that already organize their work in Google Calendar, including:
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• BCaBAs
• BCBAs
• Supervisors
• Clinical directors
• ABA agencies and teams
Your existing calendar becomes a practical scheduled-hours dashboard.
There is no need to duplicate your schedule in another platform or maintain a separate spreadsheet just to understand how your scheduled hours are distributed.
MATCH BY COLOR OR KEYWORD
Calendar Lens gives you two ways to recognize events.
Match by color
Use the colors already assigned to your Google Calendar events. This works well if your schedule is consistently color-coded.
Match by keyword
Match words contained in your event titles instead. This is useful when you use service codes, agency names, or category names in your calendar titles.
Keyword matching ignores capitalization and accents and uses whole-word matching. For example, "admin" will not match "administrator."
You can assign your own label to each tracked category, such as:
• Direct Therapy
• Supervision
• Caregiver Training
• Assessments
• Administrative Time
• Drive Time
• Agency
• Funder
• Caseload
You decide whether each selected category represents billable or non-billable time.
If your calendar is organized by agency, Calendar Lens can show scheduled totals by agency.
If it is organized by service type, Calendar Lens can show totals by service type.
Calendar Lens does not determine whether an activity is legally, contractually, clinically, or otherwise billable. You are responsible for configuring each category according to your employer, payer, contract, and applicable billing requirements.

SCHEDULED TIME IS NOT DELIVERED TIME
Calendar Lens calculates time based on events scheduled in Google Calendar.
It does not confirm that a service occurred or that the full scheduled duration was delivered.
Scheduled totals may not reflect:
• Cancellations
• No-shows
• Late arrivals
• Early departures
• Sessions running longer than scheduled
• Sessions ending earlier than scheduled
• Calendar events not updated after schedule changes
• Duplicate events
Double-booking detection is provided as a convenience and should not be treated as an audit or compliance verification. The absence of an alert does not guarantee that no scheduling or billing conflict exists.
