Select individual conversations or use Shift-click to select an inclusive range of conversations currently available in the sidebar. Archive is processed one conversation at a time with visible verification. Permanent Delete uses a two-stage confirmation, requires exact typed confirmation, processes a maximum of ten conversations per separately confirmed batch, and stops if the result becomes uncertain. Organize conversations into optional local folders from the Organizer side panel. **Unfiled** keeps locally known conversations that do not belong to a folder. These folders exist only inside Bulk Manage, stay in this browser, and do not move conversations into ChatGPT Projects. Each supported conversation row also receives a small native Open-in-new-tab link, restoring normal browser link behavior such as keyboard activation, middle-click, and the browser's link context menu. Export or restore a versioned backup of local organization data. Bulk Manage does not store prompt bodies or assistant responses, does not send analytics or telemetry to a Bulk Manage server, and does not require a Bulk Manage cloud account. Bulk Manage currently supports ChatGPT only. Compatibility depends on the visible ChatGPT interface; when that interface cannot be identified safely, Bulk Manage stops instead of guessing.
