Bulk Finder

Bulk Finder helps users quickly locate and track multiple user-provided IDs in web-based data tables. Instead of searching for one ID at a time, users can paste a full list of IDs and scan the active page for matching table records. Bulk Finder highlights matching rows, tracks found and remaining IDs, and provides page-by-page progress details. For approved Qualtrics response table workflows, Bulk Finder includes enhanced functionality that can automatically select matching record checkboxes and auto-advance through paginated response pages. Auto-Advance continues scanning pages until all IDs are found or the final page is reached. Key features include: - Paste multiple IDs at once - Scan web-based data tables for matching records - Highlight matching rows - Track Loaded, Found, Remaining, Found This Page, and Pages Visited counts - View page-by-page results - Display Found and Not Found ID lists - Select matching checkboxes in supported Qualtrics response tables - Auto-advance through Qualtrics response pages when enabled - Stop automatically when all IDs are found or the last page is reached Bulk Finder is designed to reduce repetitive manual searching, improve visibility when processing large ID lists, and help authorized users review matching records before taking final action.
