Bugloos Feedback

Bugloos Feedback lets you tell your product team exactly what you want changed on your website — by pointing at it. No more "which page?", "which button?" or "what browser are you on?". Click the element you mean, write a sentence, and send. The screenshot, the page address and your browser details are attached for you. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in once with your email and the entry code your Bugloos team sent you. 2. Open your product's website and click the Bugloos Feedback icon. A side panel opens. 3. Click "Pick an element" and point at the thing you mean — a button, a heading, a price, a form. Or choose "Just this page" for feedback about the page as a whole. 4. Pick a type (change request, dislike, idea, polish or bug), add an optional severity, write what you'd like, and submit. TRACK WHAT HAPPENS Every report you send stays in "Your reports", with its status in plain words: Received, Being looked at, or Done. You can edit a report until someone starts working from it, and remove it at any time. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Nothing is captured until you open the panel yourself. There is no background tracking. - The extension only works on your own product's addresses, and asks your permission for those — never for all sites. - Before you submit, "What this collects" lists every field that will be sent, and you see the exact screenshot that will be uploaded. - It never reads cookies, saved data, passwords, or anything you type into the website's forms.
