Budget Guard Pro

Budget Guard Pro for Amazon Ads: Ultimate Security & Smart ROAS Optimization Try it risk-free with our 15-Day Free Trial! Budget Guard Pro for Amazon is the essential tool for digital marketing agencies and e-commerce specialists who demand total control, unbreakable security, and maximum profitability when managing budgets within the Amazon Advertising console. Originally designed to prevent costly "fat-finger" errors, Budget Guard Pro has evolved into a comprehensive management suite. It now features a proprietary algorithmic engine that mathematically tells you exactly how to allocate your budget to maximize ROI, alongside enterprise-grade bulk management features to scale your agency operations efficiently. Key Features: 15-Day Free Trial: Full access to all premium features for 15 days—no credit card required to start. Smart Algorithmic ROAS Optimizer: Stop guessing where to allocate your budget. Our advanced proprietary algorithm scans your table, calculates your account's performance, and identifies your top-performing campaigns using a weighted matrix of ROAS and total sales volume. NEW: Unspent Pool & Smart Allocation Engine: Got capital left to spend? Easily input your target unspent budget and your desired runway (days to spend). The system precisely calculates your pacing and injects sleek 🚀 Allocate Here badges with clear desynchronized breakdowns (Current Daily + Extra Daily Share = New Ideal Daily) to hit your goals efficiently. NEW: Smart Recycle Mode: When no extra budget is specified, the system acts as an automated capital recycling machine—trimming underperforming campaigns (📉 Decrease / ⚠️ Decrease) and automatically redistributing that budget into your proven volume drivers. Actionable Visual Insights: Injects status badges directly next to your campaign names with hover-to-reveal calculated recommendations for budget adjustments. NEW: Bulk CSV Manager: Scaling your agency? Don't configure accounts one by one. You can now download your full advertiser database as a CSV, modify monthly goals, safety limits, and alert recipients in Excel, and re-upload the entire file in seconds. NEW: Smart Rounding Protection: Activate our "Smart Rounding" feature to automatically sanitize your budget inputs to whole numbers. This extra layer of security helps prevent decimal formatting errors and human mistakes before they reach the platform. Real-Time Monitoring: Actively analyzes budget input fields as you edit them within Amazon Ads and DSP platforms. Fully Customizable Alert Thresholds: Define critical budget limits for popup and email alerts globally, or tailor custom safety thresholds for each individual advertiser. Instant Popup Warnings & Critical Email Alerts: Receive immediate confirmation requests for high-risk changes, with automatic email notifications sent to your designated stakeholders if a rule is breached. Preventive Visual Alerts: If an amount exceeds monthly pacing limits, the system highlights the field with a clear red border to warn you before you hit save. Automatic Account Detection: Contextually applies rules based on the active advertiser name. Privacy & Security: Local Processing: Configuration settings are stored locally via Chrome Sync. Secure Transmission: Data is only transmitted to our alert server when a critical threshold is breached to deliver your email notification. We do not track your browsing history or store your campaign data permanently. Trial Expiration & License Policy: Full Access: After your 15-day trial, a valid Pro License is required. Device Lock: Your Single User License is locked to one device (1 PC) for security. If you upgrade your hardware or reinstall your browser, simply contact our support team for a manual License Reset to reactivate your code immediately.
