Problem Statement: When Rajasthan Board class results are announced, the examination in-charge at schools typically prepares an offline result sheet containing separate columns for each subject. They must manually review every student's marksheet and enter the subject-wise marks into the corresponding columns. This process is time-consuming and increases the likelihood of human errors during data entry. Solution: To address this challenge, we developed the Smart Result Assistant. This tool automatically extracts data from Rajasthan Board classes online result marksheets and converts each student's result into a single-row format. Presenting results in a single line makes the data easier to manage, analyze, and report, while also enabling convenient export to formats such as Excel and PDF. This significantly reduces manual effort, saves time, and minimizes data-entry errors. Using this utility user can process result of these four Board Classes (Rajasthan) • Class 5 • Class 8 • Class 10 • Class 12 It have below key features 1. Save Result (used to store data in browser's local storage) 2. View Saved - (to view saved records from local storage) 3. Download Result PDF (to view Result in PDF format) 4. Section - (to update student section from default section) 5. Subject Max Marks (Board Written Exam) 6. Navigation Assistant (other extension direct link to add) Free processing is available for up to 10 roll numbers per class. Additional processing requires a contribution based membership plan. Also, there is a "Support" button is placed, so users who like this tool or want to use it beyond free limit can take best suitable plan. Some additional feature - good to have are 1. Show Below 40% in Board Written Exam * Subject wise result also have categorization of Above 90%, 75% to 90%, 60% to Below 75% Feature - "Save Result " feature is provided to auto save records in local storage and at a later stage, users can download all. once reporting is done, user can delete this local storage data from the given option in UI - "Clear All Saved Records" This tool also logs minimal information about which schools have started using it and how many times they have clicked on copy/support/save/update section/clear/share/download result pdf buttons. Overall, this Assistant tool is designed by keeping in mind that it will reduce manual efforts made by various schools for preparing results. Hope it helps. This assistant tool does not collect user-sensitive data; While extracting marksheet data, it only collects "school name" data, with copy/support/save/update section/clear/share/download result pdf counters. Other personal information like student's name/roll number and marks data is not collected. Local Storage Usage : BSRA uses browser’s local storage to save student result data. This information is stored locally on user's device and is never transmitted outside user's browser from our-side. Users have full control over this data. Users can delete stored records at any time through the extension interface. All data stored locally is removed when you choose to delete it manually from "Clear All Saved Records".
