brightlights turns your box office into booking decisions. This extension is how your Resident Advisor data gets there. RA has no promoter API, and its own CSV export leaves out the purchase date, price and quantity — the fields that make sales data worth having. Exporting by hand often produces a file that can't be imported at all, and never carries the line-up. The extension solves that: it asks RA for your complete export, with every column selected, and sends it straight to your brightlights account. WHAT IT DOES • Imports your ticket sales — buyers, quantities, prices and purchase dates — from your own RA promoter account. • Imports the line-up. No ticketing export has ever carried one. • Matches each show to the right event in Brightlights using RA's own event ID, so re-importing updates a show instead of creating a duplicate. • Does your whole back catalogue in a few clicks, not one download per show. • Keeps upcoming shows current as they sell. HOW IT WORKS 2. Open brightlights and connect this browser — one click. You get a scoped token you can revoke at any time. 3. Open your RA promoter page. The import runs from there. Nothing is downloaded. RA's Export control returns the file as the response to a form submission, so the extension reads it in memory and posts it to brightlights — no file ever lands in your Downloads folder, and the extension requests no download permission at all. WHAT IT CAN AND CAN'T SEE • It runs on exactly two sites: ra.co and brightlights.ai. It has no access to any other page, your browsing history, or anything you do elsewhere. • It never sees your RA password and never handles your RA session cookie. The export is requested from inside your own signed-in RA page — your browser attaches your session itself, exactly as it does when you click Export. • Your brightlights credential is a scoped, revocable token stored hashed on our servers. It can import ticket data into your account and do nothing else. Disconnect any browser at any time from brightlights → Integrations. • It imports only your own data, from your own promoter account.
