The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.
About BotPeeky by 21x
BotPeeky checks in one click whether AI bots can read the page you have open.
Language models like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude and Google's AI answers can only recommend what their bots can fetch and read. A firewall rule, a line in robots.txt or a page that only loads its text with JavaScript can quietly shut them out. BotPeeky shows you in seconds.
What you get
• A clear verdict: how many of the 12 main search and answer bots can read this page
• What a crawler sees: words in the raw HTML versus words in your browser after JavaScript
• Access for 137 bots in seven groups: search and answers, on behalf of users, training, other AI bots, other search engines, link previews and SEO tools
• Your robots.txt rules, Cloudflare Content Signals and pay per crawl (HTTP 402)
• The top findings in plain language, plus status code, noindex, canonical, sitemap and llms.txt
How it works
The bot test runs on the 21x.nl server with each bot's own user agent, so firewalls and CDNs that filter on user agent respond the way they would to that bot. The extension itself only counts the words in your open tab, and only when you click the icon.
Privacy
BotPeeky only sends the web address of the tab you test to 21x.nl. No account, no cookies, no tracking. It does not read other tabs or your browsing history. Full policy: https://21x.nl/botpeeky-privacy/
