The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Boards+

Boards+ helps Azure DevOps teams spot the work that needs attention. It highlights cards based on age without hiding the work item type colors you already use and adds quick copy buttons so you can share a clean work item link with one click. You can tweak the settings or stick with the defaults.
