Blackboard Pocket for SCAD

Pocket brings your SCAD Blackboard coursework into a compact, class-first planning workspace. Connect using your existing Blackboard sign-in to browse upcoming assignments, track daily milestones, organize assignment schedules, and keep your progress saved on your device. Features: • Class-by-class daily task lists. • Upcoming assignments due within the next 14 days. • Assignment checklists and scheduling calendars. • Move, edit, complete, and undo Pocket task changes. • Background coursework updates when Chrome and your Blackboard session permit. • Light and dark appearance options. • Optional AI assignment summaries and Focus learning resources for invited beta testers. Pocket does not submit assignments or change Blackboard records. Checking off a Pocket task does not mark it submitted in Blackboard. Optional AI requires a tester invite and explicit consent. Selected coursework excerpts and titles are processed by Pocket’s hosted service and OpenAI. Your SCAD password is never requested or stored by Pocket. This beta supports SCAD Blackboard only. Some linked documents and external course tools cannot yet be read. AI summaries may be incomplete or incorrect; always check official Blackboard instructions.
