BidGrow is an assistant for Upwork freelancers and agencies. It tells you which jobs are worth your Connects and writes the first draft of the proposal. You always review it and press send yourself. • Scores every job you open against your own criteria: client spend, hire rate, payment verification, rating, budget, competition and location. You see why a job scored what it did. • Watches your Upwork find-work feed while it's open and tells you when a strong match appears, so you can bid early. • Drafts the cover letter and the screening-question answers from your imported profile and your own templates, and fills them into Upwork's apply form for you to review. • Tracks which proposals got replies, so you learn which templates work. • Works for agencies too: shared templates, roles and invites.
