BeyondReach

BeyondReach is a powerful yet lightweight Chrome extension that helps you send personalized WhatsApp messages — text, photos, and videos — to many contacts at once, without the manual copy-paste grind. Whether you're following up with leads, notifying clients, or running outreach campaigns, BeyondReach puts you in full control of your messaging workflow directly from WhatsApp Web — and it keeps sending even while you work in other tabs, apps, and windows. Key Features Send Text, Photos & Videos Attach an image or video to any message and add a caption. BeyondReach opens each chat, attaches the file, writes the caption, and sends it — no more dragging files into one conversation at a time. True Background Sending Start a campaign, then minimize the window or switch to another app. BeyondReach keeps sending reliably in the background — even when the window isn't focused — so both text and media go out completely hands-free. Smart Number Validation Type or paste phone numbers and BeyondReach instantly highlights any number missing a country code (e.g. 0512… instead of +201512…). The Start button stays locked until every number is valid — so you never waste a campaign on bad data. Up to 5 Messages per Contact Send a sequence of messages to each recipient — mix text and media across messages to create a complete, multi-step outreach flow. Smart Randomized Delays Set a Min and Max delay range (12 – 120 seconds). BeyondReach picks a random wait between each send so your messages look natural, not robotic. Reusable Contact Library Save contacts once and reuse them across campaigns. Search, select, and deselect in seconds. Supports labels/names alongside phone numbers. CSV & Excel Import Import contact lists directly from CSV or Google Sheets. Numbers are cleaned automatically on paste — spaces, dashes, parentheses, and slashes stripped instantly. Duplicate Detection BeyondReach spots and removes duplicate numbers before sending, so no contact gets messaged twice. Draft Memory Your contact list and message drafts are saved automatically — even if you close the popup mid-setup. Built-In Getting-Started Guide A step-by-step interactive walkthrough opens the first time you use the extension and is always one click away from the "?" button — so you and your team can get up and running in minutes. Built For Real estate agents Sales & business development professionals Recruiters and HR teams Customer support and onboarding teams Anyone who manages repetitive outreach on WhatsApp Web BeyondReach is designed for productivity, not bulk spam. You stay in full control — your own account, your own pace, your own contacts.
