It tells you which answers still need you, and Bev learns from your answers to fill more fields over time • The right CV at the upload — Bev offers your CV for the form, and tells you if it was written for a different job • Profile import — bring your career history in once (experience, education, skills, certifications, projects) and reuse it everywhere HONEST BY DESIGN: Bev never invents experience. Every CV is checked for invented facts before you see it, and if something isn't in your profile, Bev tells you what it left out and why. If you've told Bev your right to work, your match score uses it, instead of guessing a visa gap from where you live. UK ROLES: Where a listing names a UK location, the badge also shows whether that employer holds a Home Office sponsor licence — so you find out before you apply, not after.
