BeforeMay Return Fill

Return Fill is for Australian accounting practices that prepare returns in BeforeMay Workpapers and lodge them through LodgeiT or Xero Tax. Open a client's draft return in LodgeiT or Xero Tax. Return Fill reads the client, return type and year on the page, finds the matching case in your BeforeMay practice and, when you click Fill, enters the figures from the case's delivered working paper. What it does • Fills empty boxes and schedules only. Anything already on the page, like the ATO pre-fill, is left alone and listed for you. • Saves each page, reloads it and reads the figures back, then compares the platform's totals with the working paper. • Shows every figure with the cell it came from, ready to copy. • Undo takes out exactly what it entered. • Every fill and undo is recorded in the case's activity log, so the whole practice sees the same history. What it never does • It never validates, signs or lodges a return. You review and lodge in LodgeiT or Xero Tax. • It never reads or sends a TFN, and it never works on ATO Online services. • It does not change your working paper.
