Beam Sync

Beam Sync connects your Beam Notes meeting summaries directly to your preferred CMS (starting with Eclipse), eliminating the manual copy-paste that slows down frontline council workers. After every meeting, Beam Notes generates an AI-powered summary. Beam Sync lets you review that summary and push it straight into your CMS — pre-filling the right fields, in the right format — so you can close the loop in seconds. How it works: 1. Record your meeting with Beam Notes 2. Open Beam Sync from the browser side panel 3. Select the notes you want to export 4. Review the pre-filled form fields 5. Submit directly within your CMS Built for social workers and caseworkers using Eclipse CMS who want to spend less time on admin and more time with the people they support. Beam Sync only accesses the pages you're actively working on. It connects securely to Beam Notes using OAuth and never stores your council data.
