Basecamp Sprint Board

Basecamp Sprint Board turns Basecamp into a clear, sprint-focused workspace — without leaving the page. Open a fullscreen overlay on Basecamp 3 or Basecamp 5 (3.basecamp.com / app.basecamp.com) and see your work organized the way teams actually run sprints: by person, by sprint window, and across related projects. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SPRINT GROUPS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Related Basecamp projects are automatically merged into sprint groups based on a shared name prefix. • “Profile - Website” and “Profile - API” become one group: Profile • Pick a group once and see todos + kanban cards from every project in that group • Open from inside a project and the matching group loads automatically • Open from HQ (or anywhere else) and choose a sprint group from the picker Tip: Name projects like “Team - Subproject” so merging stays consistent. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ SPRINT BOARD ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ A person-first board built for the current sprint cycle: • One card per assignee (plus Unassigned) • Pending and done counts on every person card • Current Sprint — tasks created in the current sprint window • Spill Over — unfinished work created before this sprint • Progress pie + sprint date range and countdown in the header • Click any task to open it directly in Basecamp ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ FILTERS & FOCUS ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Narrow the board instantly: • Status: All / Pending / Done • Sprint: All / Current / Spill Over • Assignee chips — click a person to focus, click again to clear • Arrow keys (← →) cycle assignees when a person filter is active • Your filter choices are remembered between sessions ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ MY TASKS (ACROSS ALL PROJECTS) ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ See only what is assigned to you — across every project you can access: • Project list with expandable accordion sections • Task lists under each project • Sprint filter: All or Current sprint • Date range filter (From / To) by created date • Jump to any project or task in Basecamp ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LOOK & FEEL ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Light and dark mode (toggle anytime; preference is saved) • Clean overlay UI that doesn’t fight Basecamp’s styles (Shadow DOM) • Floating “Sprint Board” launcher on Basecamp pages • Also open from the extension toolbar icon ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ KEYBOARD & REFRESH ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Esc — close • Refresh reloads board data only — it does not reload Basecamp • Auto-refreshes about every 60 seconds while open ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ • Uses your existing Basecamp login in the browser (no separate API key) • Filter and theme settings stay in chrome.storage.local on your device • No analytics server, no account signup, no data sold Works wherever you’re logged into Basecamp in Chrome.
