The Chrome Web Store rounds user counts down to the leading digit, so the user line moves in steps. The ratings count is exact and is the better signal of real adoption.

About Bamboo Job End Notifier

Setup: Enable OS notification permissions for your browser. MacOS: System Settings → Notifications → Google Chrome (or other browser if preferred) - Switch the toggle on - Set Alert Style to "Persistent" (in case you've stepped away at the moment of the notification) How to use: Navigate to any Bamboo build or deploy result page. While the job is in progress, a small Notify toggle will appear in the top-left corner of the status ribbon. Notifications are off by default. Check the box to enable notifications before the job completes. When the job ends, a notification will be triggered and a chime sound will be played. The setting of the Notify toggle is persisted across page loads.
